Never gets past selection
App continues to crash any time a city is selected. Unusable
App keeps crashing on me
App is fine except for the fact that the app keeps crashing down on me; this isn't good for when users need & want to use the app. Not only that but app barely has any updates to continually update the software & app & fix any major & minor issues, such as technical bugs & crashes; updates may or may not help the app crashing down.

App kept crashing. Reinstalled multiple times, same outcome.

After selecting the city, the introduction starts and then it crashes randomly. It's impossible to do anything.

If you watch the city intro or try to skip it the app crashes. Only tried Barcelona. Shame.

Could not get this to work
Could not get sound - crashed repeatedly after intro. Tried to register but the register button covers one of the required fields - had to delete

The App crashes. You don’t get to pass the initial greeting.

This is a good idea but whenever I start the BCN guide and skip the introduction, the app simply shuts down.
App Shutting Down
The app keeps shutting down after listening to Barcelona Introduction or selecting Skip Introduction. Running iOS 17.0.2 on iPhone 13.

Glitchy and always shutting down. Unusable. I hate that I paid for this app.
Alarma de incendio en Gatwick!
Volvía a Madrid tras un viaje de trabajo a Londres. Estábamos esperando en la zona de embarque a que avisaran de la puerta de nuestro vuelo cuando, de repente, sonó la alarma de incendios. La gente empezó a correr hacia las salidas que iba indicando el personal del aeropuerto.
A nosotros nos sacaron a una pista de aterrizaje sin uso a esperar. Estuvimos allí más de 40 minutos.
Una vez pasado ese tiempo, nos hicieron entrar y fuimos a consultar a qué puerta de embarque teníamos que dirigirnos.
Nuestra sorpresa fue que nos dijeron que “nuestro vuelo había salido ya” mientras nosotros estábamos esperando en la pista de aterrizaje, con un frío de narices!!
No entendimos nada… cómo era posible que el vuelo hubiera salido si había una alarma de incendios!!
Al final nos metieron en otro avión que salía 3h más tarde.
En fin… una experiencia más cuando viajas…

App and City
The app is good. Not buggy BUT is severely lacking in some of the functionality that you’d automatically expect from it.
For ex. It does not have a simple search functionality, or use the default language that you have set on your profile, or Plan your day calendar by adding items or interest, or create a downloadable or save-able map of only items that you are interested in.
Other than the above lacking items this app does shine in the amount of information it provides. It does feel like having a personal guide.
I was told that I have to write my good/bad experience about a city and I’ll get a free code. So I’ll let you know that in Barcelona you’ll meet a lot of street hustlers trying to con you by selling fake or expensive stuff. They usually operate in teams or gangs. They are for the most part illegal immigrants. I have also heard (but not experienced) that one should be aware of pickpockets. So y’all be careful out there and hopefully not have any bad experience.
