Disaster of an app and service
Wow this is just complete frustration every step of the way, and then it just errors out and will not even charge my car. Crazy awful.
Expensive charging
It costs $35 to charge model 3 compared to $20 with Tesla super charger…

App got a little better
Functional and Reliable
Tested out the app at a charging station. It navigated me to a station, took my payment info, and then activated the station without issue. Charging rate was faster than other similar level 2 chargers from other brands. I’d use it again!
Buggy and Unreliable
The App is very buggy and unreliable. It will crash on launch, you are unable to sign in, or it will be unable to find the charging stations making use of the charging stations unavailable.
