Terrible user interface, very buggy and it still lists Cam under employees even though he doesn’t even work here anymore

Frustratingly slow
Overly complicated, mess of a program.
Hard to navigate program that wastes a lot of time just trying to see the work orders or assets . Most of the guys still can not use it effectively after several months and many failed trainings. Now it takes just as long to enter the work into the program as it does to do the work. Nobody here is satisfied with it. You’d be surprised how much time it takes for what should be a simple thing. I recommend almost any other work order program, what a waste of time and money.

Slow and tiresome!
Lots of time wasted refreshing the maps. Have to update often to get it running again. Complicated and lengthy steps to edit or create work orders. Layers on the map don’t always work making it hard to select single asset’s. Wish my company never went with this program.
Difficult to use.
Full of glitches and wasted time. No city anywhere or successful business would use this app.
