Worked for me
I had no issues with the app during my stay at Civana. It would open up like normal and show me my classes for the day. However, I did book my all my classes I took in advance, so there was no need to cancel or add any classes on the app so I don’t know how that works. I’m not sure if they fixed the issues, but it worked fine for me.

Don’t Waste Your Time
I thought I was going crazy until I read other reviews and spoke to other guests. This facility will change your life. The most amazing staff, classes, grounds, and healing modalities.
The app, however, really really bad. The staff does tell you to download it constantly, but it has not open one time, pre-my visit or on any of the days I’ve been here. It would be really helpful to have it work so that it’s easier to check and book classes, but do use yourself a finger and just go to the website,

Crashes immediately / not usable
This app is designed specifically and only available on iPhone, yet it crashes immediately and consistently. Is not at all usable but is pushed by the staff because of the consistent schedule changes.

App does not work
As of Aug 5, 2025, app does not work on my iPhone. It opens and closes immediately. Seems like others are saying the same thing. I spoke to the resort and told them and they seemed surprised that it doesn’t work.

This app isn’t opening on my iPhone. I have the latest iOS and I’ve attempted to delete and redownload several times.

The app does not open on my iPad it’s a 9th generation. I hope that the developer can fix this issue.

Disappointed Impossible to Use
Unfortunately, the app does not open on my iPhone 15Pro operating on the latest iOS platform. I’m looking forward to my trip to CIVANA, but would love to be able to use the app instead of the webpage on my phone.
