Not working
Just arrived for our stay at the hotel and the app is not working at all. Butler nor staff can seem to figure out what the problem is or when it is expected to work but MLS can schedule dinners, place orders, or sign up for any spa and tours. Putting a damper on our trip already
App Doesn’t Work
After using the app for a few days without issue, it all of a sudden stopped working. I was getting error messages on most pages of the app and couldn’t access anything. I logged out and now I get an error message when trying to log in. The button in the app to request assistance with the app doesn’t work, and the button on this app page to request assistance also brings you to an error page. I’m hoping this app doesn’t reflect on how my trip is going to go.

Unable to access
I could not access the app because my wife was already registered to our account under our reservation number. Apparently only 1 person can register per reservation. I tried to reach out for support but the ticket creator would not let me send a request. Probably the worst app I’ve ever used.
Junk
Could not be worse. The room service menu was blank. Was told “redownload the app”. Cancelling the rest of my stay. Avoid.
Worthless
App is worthless, unable to book excursions through or dinner reservations! Had to delete the reinstall just to see my name. STILL unable to book stuff! What’s the point of this app?
