If I Could Give A ZERO I Would
I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get my legal name put into this App. No matter how many emails and being told it’s done, IT’S NOT! So I can’t digitally check in look at excursions, I won’t be able to make dining reservations, etc. Just another Palace FAIL!!!!! I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I have been disappointed with the sales, member services staff ALL of the years. The only saving grace is the Hotel Wait Staff, the cleaning staff and the people that actually run the hotel for the customers.

Come back. We paid for 4 nights and the voucher was only for 3…that level a cheapness is in every experience. Some staff was rude. Also leave 30-60 minutes for check out since every employee acts like Zoolander in front of their computer.
