Useful but unreliable

At Dreams Playa Hotel, facing major connectivity issues even when on resort WiFi. Fails to load resort when selected and doesn’t get stored to any sort of ~1 week medium term memory. Rooms service requests get dropped when app is closed. Menus should be vetted by us based staff.

No smart location feature

Nice app but It's annoying that you need to search for your resort every time you open the app. It should ask for my location and default to the resort I'm staying at
