Throughout my stay there were issues accessing the property every night with the 24 hour helpline having to be called every night, the guidance following was delete the app and try again

I’ve been living in our apartments for 5 years & the app never works for me. When I place the phone on my door the light blinks but nothing happens on the app. My door never unlocks. My husband & son have no issues. When they place the phone a circle pops up & you can hear the click when the door unlocks. I went to the leasing office & they said they see no issues on their end. I hope one day I can actually use this app. For now I rate this app zero stars.
