I’ve been living in our apartments for 5 years & the app never works for me. When I place the phone on my door the light blinks but nothing happens on the app. My door never unlocks. My husband & son have no issues. When they place the phone a circle pops up & you can hear the click when the door unlocks. I went to the leasing office & they said they see no issues on their end. I hope one day I can actually use this app. For now I rate this app zero stars.

This app is used for so many people to gain entry into their homes and it still does not work. Please fix it ASAP.
Unreliable
Could not enter our VRBO rental upon arrival late at night. Then amongst 4 of us we all gave up and had a reliable “old fashioned” card key entry. Deleted this app and will avoid any place that uses this. Even when one of 4 did even work, it failed half way into our trip.
Crashes at Startup
App stopped working after I updated it and now haven’t been able to use it for months to get into my apartment. This isn’t the first time this happened either.

Unreliable
For the second time in the past 6 months, an app update has caused the app to become nonfunctional - crashing immediately upon open. The company I rent through uses this app to provide digital key access to our building and apartments, but because the app is unreliable we need to carry back up physical cards to avoid being locked out which defeats the benefit of having a digital key. App developers should adopt a more rigorous approach to testing before rolling out future updates.

BAD VERSION
Once again you guys rolled out a version that locks iPhone users out of the app and consequently out of their homes, this is unacceptable, terrible product and developers.

No longer able to access the app after today’s update. App crashes upon start-up.
Latest update doesn’t open!
Once again, after an update, the app crashes so I cannot get into my apartment! Pls fix urgently!!
It’s gotta work more often
When the all works, it’s great. But if it’s being used ask a key to get into my apartment, it really has to work more than 50% of the time. It would be nice to be able to rely on this app as a house key, but you really can’t. And if I have to carry around a key fob, what the heck is the point of this app.

Great app
Definitely a nice way to access Airbnb without having to carry around a card or key. Zero issues every time. My friend Jeff who still lives in the 90’s needed a card because his iPhone 6 wouldn’t work and made him nervous.
