This is not progress
To be forced to take your iPhone and open an app, then select a restaurant that happens to be open at the time, then make sure you’re selecting the right mealtime, then choose what you want to order, etc is NOT excellence nor progress. It’s annoying. I understand they may be saving paper but people come to these resorts for a reset from our digital lives. So this is not a review on the resort but a review on them forcing you to have your phone on to eat.

A beautiful resort
The resort is amazing. Activities, location, beautiful surrounds, and clean. The service was wonderful. Many good things w this property. There is a disappointment with management. We ran into a couple incidents that need to bring to their attention. The ast manager listened partially as he was walking away saying I am not going to stay here. Some of the parents were amazed at his response. Then he came back and said aha aha, and nothing was resolved. It could have been handled more professionally.

Excellence isn’t so Excellent
Used the app for excellence riveria Cancun. Whether or not the resort lets you use the app is always a guess. But they make up for it with burnt or raw food and by refusing to respond to calls that people are fighting and throwing furniture for an hour, eventually ignoring the calls instead of sending people out and lying that they did.
