Not easy to use even for restaurant reservations. Does have glitch. The chat and review link is not working

This app and the larger company it represents screams bait and switch. I was using this app to book restaurants at the all-inclusive I was staying at. I was logging in daily to make sure we had a reservation for each night. I login five days before and book a restaurant and do that everyday, as that is the earliest they would allow us to do so. I had done this for two days in a row. I login on the third day and all of a sudden every hotel is available except for hours. Like they magically deleted our hotel off the the app. Royalton is definitely a scam. I don’t know why they would claim to offer these services and then strip them away from you after they get your money.

App keeps losing my location
No good! All keeps losing my log-in and location of my hotel keeps being missing from the app itself, have tried downloading several times as you need it to book restaurants etc without going to the front desk each time. Come on Royalton sort this out ASAP!
