Overly Complicated
I have a booking for 5 people on the old system and the Hyatt system won’t recognize it, and I can’t get reservations for dinner for our entire 8 person group. Plus the lack of BP access makes you email the contact page to check in. No idea if the can do dinner reservations for us all. To do dinner reservations on the app you have to add the other reservation numbers individually for each dinner booking. Ugh!

Amazing place for family and friends
Ok app.
Very disappointed that we couldn't check in. Couldn't get reservations until we arrived. Missed out on a few restaurants that were really wanted to try. Did ask for help. They sent me to a web page. That didn't work. Got here and they said, oh you are checked in.
