Overly Complicated
I have a booking for 5 people on the old system and the Hyatt system won’t recognize it, and I can’t get reservations for dinner for our entire 8 person group. Plus the lack of BP access makes you email the contact page to check in. No idea if the can do dinner reservations for us all. To do dinner reservations on the app you have to add the other reservation numbers individually for each dinner booking. Ugh!

Ok app.
Very disappointed that we couldn't check in. Couldn't get reservations until we arrived. Missed out on a few restaurants that were really wanted to try. Did ask for help. They sent me to a web page. That didn't work. Got here and they said, oh you are checked in.

App Issues
Having issues with the app. It won’t let me click on anything. Trying to reserve à la carte for dinner and I don’t have many options. Disappointed and off to a bad start.
Very glitchy
Rarely loads on first try. Often have to close out app completely, re-open then refresh until it loads. Could not access full app until I was at the resort, even in the 10 day window so we were not able to pick any dinners ourselves. On resort wifi, the app rarely works.
Best attention to detail
This is the 3rd time we have booked a stay at Bahia Principe Coba, even though we have seen some changes the meaning still is to make people happy, we love all the infrastructure you offer, and your superstar staff, Don Jose , don Abraham, don Manuel, at the lobby entrance and transportation, Karen and Jeremias, at the restaurant, Irazu at the front desk and Mateo at customer service are some of the wonderful people we have met and enjoyed being attended by. Thanks for all your ways to make our stay an unforgettable time.

Not user friendly
We have loved our time at the resort. This review is only for the app. Room service button only worked 2/7 days. Activities were impossible to figure out location. The map is confusing to figure out where dinner reservations are. There is a certain time in the day before midnight where all planned activities disappear. We would have loved more info on restaurants such as hours & what is available during certain times of the day. Many time we showed up to eat and our timing wasn’t right.

Easy to use App
First time using this app, restaurants easy to book and room preferences easy to request. I like the idea of being able to check in before you arrive so you can make your reservations in advance. One less thing to have to think about.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Desiree at the pool, Ela at the buffet and Robert at the hotel lobby bar were the absolute best!! They made us smile and laugh every day!
