Can’t find booking
App doesn’t work, can’t find our booking so can’t make any reservations
Save Your Time and Effort
I wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to upload information into the app just to have it either start all the way over and lose the data that I painstakingly put in several times or it would delete information that I would successfully put into the app. I was excited about using this app but I got so frustrated I just deleted it.

Doesn’t work for restaurants
You need to book reservations for several of the restaurants but this app DOESN’T WORK for that purpose. At check in you’ll get a QR code for the website for that.

Just doesn’t work, very poor from a major hotel company
Terrible. Won’t work.
I am currently staying at the H10 Meloneras Gran Canaria and this app is atrocious. Despite my details being correct, it never lets me log in (reception have added me on the system), so I have been unable to make any restaurant reservations, resulting in many trips to reception. The app is nothing but a headache. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled, to no avail.
