Useless. Just use the hotel website
Staying at the H10 Atlantic Sunset. App doesn’t work for checking in or locating your booking, so that you can reserve restaurants and activities. Instead, use the QR code provided by the hotel and manage everything via the website instead. Something quirky is that when you go to book a restaurant, if it just loops, go back on your web browser and then try book again. It should work the second time you do it. Annoying also that if you try booking meals multiple days in a row, it only lets you select 2 consecutive days at a time.

No vale para absolutamente nada, lo siento pero es una realidad. No funciona el login, no puedes hacer nada desde dentro de la app… para que la quiero? Para ver el menú que pone en las mesas? H10, tienes mucho que mejorar.

Selten solch schlechte App genutzt. Diejenigen die diese App entwickelt haben sollten ihr Gehalt zurückzahlen.

Save Your Time and Effort
I wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to upload information into the app just to have it either start all the way over and lose the data that I painstakingly put in several times or it would delete information that I would successfully put into the app. I was excited about using this app but I got so frustrated I just deleted it.
