No vale para absolutamente nada, lo siento pero es una realidad. No funciona el login, no puedes hacer nada desde dentro de la app… para que la quiero? Para ver el menú que pone en las mesas? H10, tienes mucho que mejorar.

Save Your Time and Effort
I wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to upload information into the app just to have it either start all the way over and lose the data that I painstakingly put in several times or it would delete information that I would successfully put into the app. I was excited about using this app but I got so frustrated I just deleted it.

Doesn’t work for restaurants
You need to book reservations for several of the restaurants but this app DOESN’T WORK for that purpose. At check in you’ll get a QR code for the website for that.

Just doesn’t work, very poor from a major hotel company
Terrible. Won’t work.
I am currently staying at the H10 Meloneras Gran Canaria and this app is atrocious. Despite my details being correct, it never lets me log in (reception have added me on the system), so I have been unable to make any restaurant reservations, resulting in many trips to reception. The app is nothing but a headache. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled, to no avail.

Will not signed in
Without logging in the app works fine, if you're trying to get room service or reservations, you're gonna need to login, but it never logs in
Why change the app
The app has always worked perfectly for finding activities and looking at menus while in the resort. However, there is now a new landing page for all hotels which means it doesn’t keep you logged into the resort you are in which gives many unnecessary steps to be able to make restaurant reservations, get information, etc.
It worked perfectly before so I’m really confused as to why it has been changed so drastically. Yes people can now check in online however for all of those on a package holiday, this doesn’t work anyway.
Real shame and it would put me off returning to the Atlantic Sunset as it has taken away some of the ease which I have felt previously.

Doesn’t work in resort, updated app when previous one worked - this just doesn’t log you back in while in resort - absolutely useless

Wenn sie mal läuft, sieht es ganz gut aus. Meistens fährt sie aber nicht hoch und bleibt hängen. Bleibt nur Löschen und neu installieren

This app is Trash Runs Bad, im on Holiday dont want to use my phone to get something to eat.
App not functioning
Just downloaded onto IPhone 16, app does not launch. Deleted and reinstalled still no joy. Great hotels though, was hoping to book next stay on here. Alas the old fashioned way for me.
App is barely functional
This is not an app, it a website disguised as an app, which means everything is laggy and slow. The delays in booking restaurants and in trying to find info are incredibly long, and sessions expire without warning. It significantly degrades the experience of the hotel.

Cannot Access H10 Club area on app
The H10 Club section of the app is constantly broken and takes me to an error page. I’ve updated my app to current version and still the same issue. I’d like to access the H10 club on my phone but can’t 😤

Schlecht gemachte App, schlechte Navigation, kaum Funktionalität, kaum Zusatznutzen. Die wenigen Menüpunkte in der App öffnen meist nur die Website in einem integrierten Browser, bei dem die Toolbar offensichtlich nicht an neuere iPhones angepasst wurde.
