Can’t select a seat
I paid for Econo Flex which includes seat selection. The app won’t let me select a seat. Call in wait time is excessive. Follow-up: I tried calling again and was given a message that approximate wait time was 5 minutes. Over 30 minutes later I was connected to an agent that was extremely helpful in making the sear selections I wanted. I still don’t understand why I could not do this on-line.

L’espace pour les bancs est bons et on étouffe pas ! Certaine compagnie n’ont aucun respect pour les clients , j’ai été bien surprises de là c qualité de la prestation ( films et autre audio -jeux à bord) ça aussi Ça devient plus rare !
