App will not let me choose what days I reserve or how many days I reserve.

Is it possible to do anything on this app besides log in?
Frustrating!!
App repeatedly year after year refuses to recognize email and password and when request to submit new password, nothing is sent. Only way to make online booking is to continue as guest and this is after their App update!! Brutal!!!!
Date and time selection never work
Can no longer use this app. I cannot set the date and time for my reservations. Now i have to go to the counter every time.

At first it was ok for me.. but my two last experiences wasnt. I have prepaid on the app but when it was the time to pick up my car and leave i have to pay again and without my corporate rate so twice, i ended up paying more. But i selected my dates and hours like the other times.. i juste dont get it. And the same happens to my boyfriend this afternoon… i dont understand that
