App will not let me choose what days I reserve or how many days I reserve.

Is it possible to do anything on this app besides log in?
Frustrating!!
App repeatedly year after year refuses to recognize email and password and when request to submit new password, nothing is sent. Only way to make online booking is to continue as guest and this is after their App update!! Brutal!!!!
Date and time selection never work
Can no longer use this app. I cannot set the date and time for my reservations. Now i have to go to the counter every time.

At first it was ok for me.. but my two last experiences wasnt. I have prepaid on the app but when it was the time to pick up my car and leave i have to pay again and without my corporate rate so twice, i ended up paying more. But i selected my dates and hours like the other times.. i juste dont get it. And the same happens to my boyfriend this afternoon… i dont understand that

Timing issues
I am able to choose the entry and exit dates, however I am unable to choose the entry and exit times. It just defaults to the current time.

1. The date picker and time setter is maddening.
2. It doesn’t save payment info
3. Even when you do manually enter payment info, half the time you still need to pay in the way out

Clunky and difficult navigate
The use of this app is difficult. When entering the time of parking, the numbers are difficult to scroll through. It should just be a keyboard entry.
When dropping off the vehicle. The app instructs you to scan a barcode at a kiosk but I’ve never had it work.
Also, it doesn’t allow you to save a vehicle. Making you enter the information every time.
The website is more user friendly than the app which seems backwards.

Very finicky
I couldn’t set the date of my reservation, and setting the time was a pain.

Not working
The app won’t let me select or change the dates. The numbers are unresponsive and won’t change, despite force closing the app, having the latest version and trying a bunch of different months. It still won’t let me change the default dates.
Simply does not work
I use park n fly often however, this app simply does not work on iOS. I can change the dates or times to even make a booking.
Since this is a major revenue entry point, I am shocked at the lack of interest or investment to fix it.

This app is a waste of time. Whoever product tested this thing needs to lose their job. Impossible to use. Tells me I need to select a location, doesn’t give me the option. The scroll wheel for pickup and drop off time has the worst sensitivity and it’s tiny at the very bottom of the screen. Please do better.

I’m trying to reserve for next week. Will only let me reserve for 7 days starting tomorrow. Wont let me select any days.
