Keeps making me go to App Store to update even though there is no update available and I just redownloaded the app and is saying the same thing
Terrible App
App does not let me select a date more than one week ahead of current day. Terrible. Can choose times, but they scrolls are hidden behind the Cancel and Set buttons, making it very difficult. Again, terrible.

The worst
This is the worst, unworkable app I have ever encountered. Who wrote this program, a challenged chimpanzee?!?
Cannot select drop off time
I have an iPhone SE (second generation). After downloading the app I select the location and date for drop off. The time option at the bottom of the screen is obscured by the Cancel and Set buttons. There’s no way to scroll down to set the time. And the app doesn’t rotate to resize/redraw the screen. I will have to use the Web app instead to make the booking.

Not working
I’ve tried several ways including uninstalling and installing over the last few weeks to get the app to function. I enter in dates for December 2026 including CAA number and then just the dates for Dec. and says, can’t book that far in advance. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and intermittently it will allow the CAA and/or without and says rates. #frustrated same with desktop version

Horrible app, awful to use, not intuitive in the least. It’s so bad it’s costing you customers. Wake up and fix it.

Not user friendly
This app needs some updating to make it easier to use. When picking a time of day to drop off or pick up the scrolling is clunky and hard to get the right time. If you need to edit your reservation to change the car for example you need to cancel and start over. It would be nice to have an edit feature.

Very bad service
Waited for over 40 minutes and no economy bus. Over 20 people waiting and they keep saying bus is coming.
Needs a complete rewrite
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The UI is terrible. The date/time picker controls are virtually unusable.
I use Park’N Fly, and like their service, but the app is a joke. Their own employees acknowledge how bad it is.
Come on Park’N Fly, invest the necessary money in a brand new app, written by people who know what they are doing.

Date selection
App will not let me choose what days I reserve or how many days I reserve.

Is it possible to do anything on this app besides log in?
Frustrating!!
App repeatedly year after year refuses to recognize email and password and when request to submit new password, nothing is sent. Only way to make online booking is to continue as guest and this is after their App update!! Brutal!!!!
Date and time selection never work
Can no longer use this app. I cannot set the date and time for my reservations. Now i have to go to the counter every time.

At first it was ok for me.. but my two last experiences wasnt. I have prepaid on the app but when it was the time to pick up my car and leave i have to pay again and without my corporate rate so twice, i ended up paying more. But i selected my dates and hours like the other times.. i juste dont get it. And the same happens to my boyfriend this afternoon… i dont understand that

Timing issues
I am able to choose the entry and exit dates, however I am unable to choose the entry and exit times. It just defaults to the current time.

3. Even when you do manually enter payment info, half the time you still need to pay in the way out
