App does not work. Just arrived. Food hotel and everything seems amazing. But every time I try and load the app I get a data loading problem.
I love to plan and organise. So a little jarring when you can’t get it to work.
Failing and staff seem brilliant. Only a review in the quality of the app.

Can’t get to the booking page
I get part way along the booking but when I try to see the rooms and prices it won’t take me there.
Missing features
The previous version of the app showed every restaurant on site and their operating hours and menus. This version only shows two out of the five Joia Paraiso restaurants, and loads those from the other restaurants in the complex instead.
On other visits we found the app to be glitchy and unreliable, as it was not up to date. It’s okay for general information, especially if there’s a fee involved, but for specific purposes, not to be counted on.

New app sucks
I can’t even get to looking for new places to go. Only gives me the option to see future bookings. Please fix this asap or all you will be getting is phone calls. Thanx.
Needs improvement
Still needs work. Just keeps spinning or if you get in you can’t navigate. Hope they fix this.
