Very bad app
Yes for price of membership a working app or even website that’s doesn’t crash constantly should be top priority. Clearly it is not as it’s been years not worked on.
SEVER FUNCTIONALITY ISSUES
The functionality of this app is very disappointing. The app constantly crashes, logs out users, and doesn’t make experience enjoyable.
During my most recent booking, I was constantly checking the app just to make sure everything was in order before I arrived. During the transfer from the airport to the resort, I checked the app as I normally did and the information in the app did not match my booking nor did it match the confirmation email sent for the booking. I immediately called and confirmed the information in their system which was correct but it did not match what appeared in the app.
Outside of making a reservation, the rest of the app is useless.

Silver Membership Experience
I would highly recommend not wasting your time downloading this application. It crashes frequently, most functionality doesn’t work, options, reappear, and disappear frequently, and the bill payment functionality is so misleading it borderlines on a scam. Experience was so poor, I contacted the CEO of the company. For the record, the website isn’t much better so ultimately you have to call them for any bookings or issues.
