Useless app
The app is useless as it would be the perfect place to store your arrival and departure info if you could like it. I’ve linked mine but it doesn’t show up that I have any bookings and if I put my confirmation number in it says it’s already linked but yet have no bookings. So now when I get there instead of opening the app and everything being right there I’m going to have to go through emails to find the info that they’re going to want.

Great app, it’s been updated
App has been updated since the reviews saying you can’t link your booking that you did online. Was able to set up account, reset password and link my booking with no issues
Code needed every time
Every time I try to sign in, a code is required to log in.
Ease of use of APP
Tried to book reservation through APP well apparently I need to update my password. It won’t given the option of submitting email to reset password and I cannot remember my old pass word. So cannot use this useless APP.
Does not link
My TA booked our club Mobay and in our confirmation letter it said to download this app. However if you do not purchase through the app there is no option to enter your reservation. And link to in the app. So the app is useless after the fact. If you want to use the app then you MUST purchase through the app. I did read the previous reviews but was curious if they had fixed the issue so I went ahead and downloaded and created an account to see. Just here to confirm that 2 years later they still have not made it an option to enter reservation info to link in app.
