Can’t get to the booking page
I get part way along the booking but when I try to see the rooms and prices it won’t take me there.
Missing features
The previous version of the app showed every restaurant on site and their operating hours and menus. This version only shows two out of the five Joia Paraiso restaurants, and loads those from the other restaurants in the complex instead.
On other visits we found the app to be glitchy and unreliable, as it was not up to date. It’s okay for general information, especially if there’s a fee involved, but for specific purposes, not to be counted on.

New app sucks
I can’t even get to looking for new places to go. Only gives me the option to see future bookings. Please fix this asap or all you will be getting is phone calls. Thanx.
Needs improvement
Still needs work. Just keeps spinning or if you get in you can’t navigate. Hope they fix this.
New update is not working
The new app is not allowing me to login… I had to update, and now does not let me logging as a member. I am at the hotel right now and would like to use the app before I leave.

App update terrible
Mandatory app update 6 July 2026 during our stay. Logged us out, cannot login again and cannot use the app. App previously worked great and so handy during our holiday now completely useless.
A lot more makes sense
The map needs improvement--glitchy and using a very pixelated image. Search function could be improved.

Need restaurant reservation options built into the app.
App is great, only recomendation would be to have the option of making restaurant reservation right in the app instead of in person.

Rooms are very poor and in need of refurbishment. Ceiling in need of replastering
AirCon constantly goes off & on, poor distribution of cold air.
I have reported TV not working on 3 occasions still not fixed.
Outdoor facilities are very good, staff excellent, food good.
Individually I only drink red wine & product offered is very poor therefore I purchase bottle/s each night which are very good & reasonably priced.
Comparing to other Iberostar hotels we have stayed in its a 3/5 our last stay was in Lanzarote Playa Blanca
