Never use Priceline

I booked a trip over a year ago. The airline cancelled my direct flight from Dallas to Fiji. I have been on the phone with Priceline for 10 calls over 20 hours. I’m supposed to leave in 3 weeks and it is still not sorted out despite numerous communications. Today I am speaking with the airline directly and they are only offering a refund- which is useless.
I am so frustrated. Don’t ever use Priceline again! .

Total nightmare

Pricing is abhorrent and customer service non existent. I’m disgusted and wish I had never used them. Will fight for a refund despite their lack of honesty and integrity. Stay away unless you like to overpay a lot.
