I tried to rent a car last min. Priceline confirmed my booking. I went down to pick up many hours later and they had no car. We cancelled our trip and three days later got a bill for car inscurance coverage we did not use on a car that did not exist. Called to refund and they won’t do it because I did not give them 72 hrs notice I didn’t want it. THIS IS A SCAM. WHAT A JOKE. How is the customer supposed to know that we have to cancel there contracts on cars they cannot provide.

If you like to gamble this might be for you. I used this option to book a room July 9 2026 and was very happy with the room I received. I filtered my results to narrow the results of rooms with 3+ beds. The room I received was with stay bridge suites and was extremely satisfied. Without any hesitation I booked another room Aug 8 2026 through Priceline with the same technique. Filtering only rooms with 3+ beds. If you have ever used express skills before you know that it does not actually show you the room you’re going to get or the hotel you’re going to be getting it with. It is only my expectations of previous experiences using this app to receive a room within the parameters of my filtered results. Well I was wrong. The room was nice but it did not have enough beds to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately the hotel was completely booked. I was with my kids and their 2 friends (all preteens) I had to book another room online only to be charged and told the room was unavailable. The refund would be 7 - 14 business days. Extremely frustrated (over $600 charged by this point) I was forced to book an additional room which was exactly what I needed but was not through Priceline. I wasted well over four hours trying to get this all sorted out only to be told there are no cancellations and expressed deals nonrefundable. Regardless of the expectations using the filtered results through their app. They will cheat you and when they do they will remind you that it’s like gambling. That is literally what their representative told me. Then said he could probably get somebody to help me and maybe they could help refund but he wouldn’t know until he reserved an additional room for me. Its truly shocking the level these scam artists operate at. I will never use Priceline again for that reason alone. I only hope others are aware of the red flags that come with the express deals option. If you use it and receive a good room, consider yourself lucky and don’t roll those dice again. Or just take my word for it that they operate on a level most would consider to be criminal. I don’t ever leave reviews ever. This one I just wanted to help others and hopefully save others from spending their hard earned money.

Changes rigged to rape
The App works ok but even seven months in advance a change on a return flight cost $1200 per flight when i was able to book same flight many paces for only $600.
The program even made sure that the increase 0f $1200 was on the departure flight so that you dont just rebook a return flight somewhere else.
I had to just leave the round trip flight alone and book seperate flight on another platform to save $600 per flight and just leave an empty seat on original booking
They are absolute thieves, a charge is reasonable but their program rapes you for small change 7 months in advance
Never use again

The worst experience I’ve had in a very long time Priceline let you reserve vehicles that they do not have which will inconvenience you at the highest level one I ordered a seven seater elite SUV I was offered a minivan. Do you see the dilemma in that when customer service was called? There was no rectification of the problem at all. I was forced to take a five seat vehicle versus the seven seater five seats versus seven seats is a huge difference. Priceline cannot offer any accommodations nor can the company they suggest you booked from.

Rodeway inn near JFK New York This was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I booked it without checking the reviews because we had just arrived after a long flight with my two young children and urgently needed a place to stay.
The moment we arrived, I was shocked. The hotel looked more like a bunker than a place for families. What happened next was even worse. Inside the hotel, an intoxicated man behaved aggressively toward us. He sat on our luggage, shouted, and made us feel threatened. The reception staff witnessed the entire incident but did nothing to intervene or ensure our safety. At that point, I no longer felt safe staying there and left immediately with my two young children.
I contacted Priceless customer support and explained that this was not simply a matter of changing my mind or disliking the hotel. I had to leave because I genuinely feared for our safety. I requested a refund, but my concerns were ignored, and no meaningful assistance was provided.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. I am also deeply disappointed that Priceless failed to take a serious safety complaint seriously or provide any support in such a frightening situation.

I had a terrible experience booking through Priceline. It’s a scam. I booked and prepaid for 2 adults and 2 children for my Switzerland stay. but when we arrived at the hotel, the reservation only showed 2 adults. Because of Priceline’s booking error, they only booked for 2 adults. But we already paid for 4 people. we were forced to pay extra $500.00 plus for 2 kids at check-in. When we called customer service they can’t help anything. Worst customer service ever.
This caused unnecessary stress and unexpected expenses at the start of our trip. When you prepay for a reservation, you expect the booking details to be accurate. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I am very disappointed with Priceline’s service and booking accuracy. I would not recommend using Priceline for hotel reservations, especially if you’re traveling with family or a larger group.
