Terrible Travel App
They didn’t update my flight information, so I didn’t know it’d been delayed until the day before. Same thing happened again but on the day of. If you add extra things such as picking your seats on the plane or extra baggage, they charge you for it and then you have to pay for it a second time to the actual airlines because Priceline doesn’t set it up properly. Highly recommend finding a better travel plan app.

I book all of my trips with Priceline. They offer great deals and make it easy to narrow down choices to fit your needs. As someone who travels a lot and with a dog it Priceline makes it easy!

I have just found this app and have nothing but wonderful things to say. We have many choices of accommodations for pretty well anywhere we’ve looked to book. The reviews are a great help, too. The prices are great in my mind, as well as the app having express deals to try if you’re willing. We have and they’ve been basic but clean and comfy. For a few dollars more we’re finding it’s ok to spend that extra, especially when breakfast is included.

What happen?!?
I like Priceline but it use to be The absolute very best but they changed some things and now there isn’t as much being saved like it used to be and I have had it for so long I feel I need to go to the actual hotels to get a “real deal” at times… customer service keeps me coming back though 🤷🏾♀️

Priceline is the best just booked through them cancellation and refundable if you don’t like it. I don’t look through anyone else.

I’m Never Disappointed!
I always get the best price possible with Priceline. I’ve been using it exclusively for at least ten years, while comparing it with other sites. It’s a better value in the long run than hotel rewards programs because most require 10 nights before they give even a modest reward, and I usually don’t book rooms 10 nights in a calendar year. But less than 10 nights through Priceline saves the equivalent of a free room!

Customer service horrible and don’t bother with trip insurance because it is worthless!
Disappointed
I booked a room over the Fourth of July and realized that I had booked at the wrong hotel within five minutes. I called Priceline to cancel the booking and they never refunded my money all because I just made a mistake and put the wrong this is not how you build good customer service
SCAM
Please never use this app. They are Indians and Chinese scammer. I needed help to change name on plane ticket but they never gave an answer. They didn’t help at all. Everytime I was phone, they asked questions, pretend to help then they hung off. They scammed my $2800
Bad customer service
Convenient until… I have spent the last month trying to get a refund that the GM of the Cincinnatian says I deserve. Priceline ignores says they can’t get in touch with the establishment.
