If I Could Give A ZERO I Would
I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get my legal name put into this App. No matter how many emails and being told it’s done, IT’S NOT! So I can’t digitally check in look at excursions, I won’t be able to make dining reservations, etc. Just another Palace FAIL!!!!! I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I have been disappointed with the sales, member services staff ALL of the years. The only saving grace is the Hotel Wait Staff, the cleaning staff and the people that actually run the hotel for the customers.

How great this app is
This is a great app to use for the resort. I have been to other resorts before and use their app and those apps have not been the most consistent but this one always delivers whether it’s room service, requesting maintenance setting up reservations for your dinner and even checking out all the different activities that they have going on.

Very hard to navigate and make reservations. Also the chat is useless

Good looking app so far, but does need more improvements.
We were not able to make Spa reservations through the even though we sent the request through the the app good thing we went to spa a day early to ask for information we found out that they do not see those requests and we have to schedule through the coordinator.
The main problem for me is they say you have all these credits, but there's no way to view resort or Universal credits within the app. I also can't find any clear information on when or how those credits can be used. Overall, the experience makes it hard to confidently plan or take full advantage of the trip.

Amazing Vacation

Pretty good app
Although it looks like mostly AI-generated, it does a good job. Though they did remove being able to order an extra bed/mattress. It’s still available, you just have to ask the hotel concierge in the app.
Since the update a lot of stuff broke

Saloon services by RAQUEL at sunrise saloon
I have recently stayed at room number 5212 at Nizuc. I came for my manicure and pedicure services at Sunrise saloon. RQQUEL did great job doing my acrylic nails. I recommend her for her best service whoever wants to do their service.

Not good
While the idea is excellent and could be very useful due to some things getting lost in translation between guest and employees, the app functionality is so slow…takes minutes, not 1-2, but much more for each page to turn and load. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes to view my bill!
Don’t
This app provides no information and no services you can’t do by speaking to a person. They take your data, advertise to you regularly and sell your info. The maker of the app should beg the general public for the privilege of committing seppuku to offset the dishonor they did the whole human race.

I logged into the app to see my membership, and nothing would come up. The app just spun and spun, and never showed me my membership details
Map could be useful, but it isn’t
This resort is so large, it is difficult to get to where you want to be. The map portion of the app has the potential to be useful, but it struggles loading and it doesn’t tell you how to get to locations. It will only show you the general area, which really isn’t that helpful. With a resort this size, it would be helpful to either highlight the location or (even better) show a path/give directions on how to get there.
