Useless app
This app doesn’t let you see what locations are available. It’s made clearly by people trying to hide what’s available so owners are losing weeks. Simple example, pretend you want to get away to the Caribbean for the winter, try finding something that way.
The app has stopped working for exchanges.
Please fix! When I search all destinations for an exchange, and click on a particular destination, it now just says “OK”. It used to work great, but hasn’t for several days.
Won’t work
I can do search’s but when trying to check out always give me “Bad Request” message.
Feature not available
Can’t do much on this app. Can’t exchange out redeem certificates, not available on mobile.
Only use for Getaway alerts
The only time I find the app helpful is with setting up Getaway alerts. It sends you a push notification when one has been matched. Other than that, use a laptop for setting up exchange requests, making exchanges, or searching properties. Don’t even use Safari. Get off the phone for a better experience.
