Truly a terrible app
I guess it’s slightly better than before the redesign, but it’s constantly amazing to me how truly awful this app is. Nothing ever loads. The UX is abysmal.

Never works
This app never works. I enter my information, it confirms and then I can never move on past the authentication screen. I get the text with the code, enter it and then nothing. This has been going on forever. I always have to use my desktop.
Awesome app!
I was so pleasantly surprised to find so many useful features in this very intuitive app. I have not come across anything that I have not been able to accomplish within the Vistana ownership program while using the app. Kudos!
Love the app
It would be helpful to have the resorts arranged by brands. I don’t like having to go through all Marriott when I am looking for a Westin.
