Frustrating -web is better
The majority of the time, the app in my iohone and ipad both rarely let me in. iPhone verson says authentication successful, hit continue and it never goes past that. iPad goes to dashboard, but when you tap to make a reservation, that just spins forever. Would really be nice to not require a computer.

Our access to great vacations is so easy to use! We have enjoyed many vacations and very easy to book vacations. We are also Marriott Timeshare owners and look forward to the completion of the two websites. Thank you

Always have to delete app to reinstall to work
The app has never worked correctly. Just to get to the loan payment part I have to delete the app and reinstall it to make it work again. I can never just go in and pay it. Then I throw it to the back burner and stress that my payment won’t go in. There is the fee then an unapplied amount box shows up with my payment then an applied box of the payment shows there but the total never changes. Always stays on what the monthly payment is. We were also convinced that it was a real estate investment not a time share. The lady even presented it as not being a timeshare. I honestly need to know who I need to contact about getting out of this. I can only imagine by other reviews if this was passed down to a family member what the annual maintenance would cost. Don’t want to burden anyone with that

App Won't Load
I have used this app many times in the past, but with the most recent updates I cannot get past the authentication screen. It will say "loading" and that's where you stay. So frustrating.
