Improvement needed
It is very difficult to book club locations for desired dates; need more availability. Even more important is that the mobile app and the online website both need many improvements to make searches and booking easier. The management should compare the capabilities of many other apps and make upgrades for the members. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Terrible
For the amount of money I spend to keep up with this company and have a great vacation, you would think that they would put something back into their mobile app. 90% of the time it will not open and just spins. The other 10 percent it just opens the page and does nothing. This app is useless. Why offer an app for free if it’s useless

The App Needs Major Upgrade
The app is frustratingly slow and not user-friendly. For the amount we pay for Marriott Vacation Club, it should be much faster and easier to navigate, find information, manage reservations, and pay fees. The experience should match the price we’re paying.
App not working
I have tried multiple times to login to my app on my phone. Deleted it removed. It cleared my cachet a number of things that were recommended. And the app still will not login.
Best in class, best in service!
Marriott premium properties are just a cut above the rest. M clubs continue to get better and we appreciate the customer service.
