Frustrating -web is better
The majority of the time, the app in my iohone and ipad both rarely let me in. iPhone verson says authentication successful, hit continue and it never goes past that. iPad goes to dashboard, but when you tap to make a reservation, that just spins forever. Would really be nice to not require a computer.

Our access to great vacations is so easy to use! We have enjoyed many vacations and very easy to book vacations. We are also Marriott Timeshare owners and look forward to the completion of the two websites. Thank you

Always have to delete app to reinstall to work
The app has never worked correctly. Just to get to the loan payment part I have to delete the app and reinstall it to make it work again. I can never just go in and pay it. Then I throw it to the back burner and stress that my payment won’t go in. There is the fee then an unapplied amount box shows up with my payment then an applied box of the payment shows there but the total never changes. Always stays on what the monthly payment is. We were also convinced that it was a real estate investment not a time share. The lady even presented it as not being a timeshare. I honestly need to know who I need to contact about getting out of this. I can only imagine by other reviews if this was passed down to a family member what the annual maintenance would cost. Don’t want to burden anyone with that

App Won't Load
I have used this app many times in the past, but with the most recent updates I cannot get past the authentication screen. It will say "loading" and that's where you stay. So frustrating.
Will not load
App runs extremely slow low times go into the double digit minutes and when searching for availability to use your points it times out and the app resets after loading for 10 minutes or so. Cannot book a stay using the app running on both iPhone 15 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy, S25 ultra
Just loads after authentication
After authentication on iPhone, the app just loads with a spinning circle. I’ve removed and reinstalled app but same thing happens. Terrible experience.

All of the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. In all the years we stayed there we’ve never been disappointed

This app is terrible ! You can never get in. All it does is load. Never allows you in. USELESS !!
App Won’t Load ….
Any time I try to search a resort/ look at options for where I would stay and when the app just gets stuck saying it’s loading … it’s 2026 I think we can make an app that works as intended ..
TERRRRRRIBLE, SAVE YOUR MONEY
If I could give this app negative stars, I would! It NEVER loads. And Vistana doesn’t clearly disclose your ownership is processed as a property on your credit. Not to mention the rising HOA & Maintenance Dues.
Can never book with the app
The one thing I need the app to do doesn’t work. Just a spinning circle every time I try to make a reservation. I’ll change my review when you fix this WELL KNOWN issue.
Slow app
The app is very slow loading on each tab and clunky
Frankenstein App
Please, re-engineer this app. It’s just a mish mash of 2-3 different apps that don’t work well together. The UI is extremely sub par. Members pay a lot of money each year. Make the investment for us.
Safari not supported
Web page, iPhone and iPad apps don’t support Safari. This needs to be fixed and supported. I’m stuck having to call in to pay bills, schedule vacations, buy points etc. Total lack of support for Apple users in an Apple application software product.
So many issues
Login doesn’t work on the app for me anymore. I updated to the latest version. It just spins after authentication and stays on the overlay screen. And the website doesn’t load in my mobile browser anymore so the only way I can access my account is through a desktop computer. Also, the app support button on their App Store page goes to a blank page. Very frustrating!
