Account Deletion

I put in a request to have my account deleted since I am not using the account. I sent in four request for three straight days no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT DOES TAKE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. AND THE DEVELOPERS WILL NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT UPON REQUEST

A perfect trap for BTC assets

Everything is fine until the moment you want sending BTC out of the wallet. The fee for that is almost $20. I regret I got this app and also my ignorance not seeing this outrageous sending/withdraw fee. It deserves 0 stars.
After developer’s response:
The excuse for network fee is not acceptable, because the design doesn't include any customization. If the design envisioned the wallet to have exactly zero balance in order to be closed, then the programmers will put a slide button "withdraw MAX". And in addition to that the fee can be calculated in advance (low, standard and high) and presented to the user. Instead the app just spits out "Insufficient funds". You judge if this app is well designed.

Can’t create an account

Trying to create an account but can’t this app has bugs and I can’t even create an account.

YOU CANNOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA

This app takes all your most personal data and won’t give you an option to delete your date or account. They say you have to email them and they don’t get back to you. I wouldn’t trust an app that won’t give you the freedom or ability to delete your account.

A little less than completely useless

Had to use this awful software to verify my identity on a website and guess what? No matter the lighting, background, angle or whatever the video selfie will not work. Can’t understand why they never test anything first. Useless app, will delete.

Lots of potential

Design is great and is super easy to use. Love the focus on security and the insurance policy. Some parts could be improved (signup process and UX), but super excited to see where this goes!

Amazing! Non custodial digital wallet!

Never have to worry and stress about losing or forgetting my private key or passwords again. $1M insurance only adds to the level of confidence in the wallet by the team and for the user. Can't wait to see the wallets continued development and added features. Great job Civic!
