A perfect trap for BTC assets
After developer’s response:
The excuse for network fee is not acceptable, because the design doesn't include any customization. If the design envisioned the wallet to have exactly zero balance in order to be closed, then the programmers will put a slide button "withdraw MAX". And in addition to that the fee can be calculated in advance (low, standard and high) and presented to the user. Instead the app just spits out "Insufficient funds". You judge if this app is well designed.
