The 2nd worst app I have ever used
This is the second worst app I have ever had the misfortune of trying to use. It simply doesn’t let you put the dates in that you want so makes the app useless
Simply does not work
I have not managed to book a single campsite yet. The app takes you to the website, the website says you have to book via the app. The enquire or book just sends a message and doesn’t actually allow you to book. It is a great idea but really terrible in practice.
Clunky
Too many CLs are not in the system. The default setting is so annoying- if you want a last minute booking you will always have to ring up to confirm. If you search for dates further ahead, it supposedly shows sites with availability- but when you click on it it can then tell you no availability. I keep trying to use it but I’m loosing patience.

I want to like this app but…..
This is potentially a very good app but it seems impossible to browse CLs without putting in dates, so if location is more important to you than dates, it is no use. There may be a way of deleting the preset dates and leaving the date blank but I have yet to find it. If you have specific dates in mind and don’t mind where you go then it’s fine.

Excellent, much better than official app!
Much easier to use than the official CAMC app, able to search for area & dates, and see a map properly!
One improvement would be useful - the ability to filter *out* adults only sites (at present you can only exclude *non-adults only* sites) would be good.

leading the way for caravan site bookings!
We are caravanners as well as site owners and find this app incredibly useful both when we are searching for our own holiday destinations and to help our guests find our caravan site in Shropshire.
Great improvements
The changes and improvements made to both the website and app since New Year 2023 have enormously improved what was already a great facility for finding and booking small, independent caravan sites.
After the latest update it does not work

Good at first but no longer works
The latest version no longer works on the iPad. IOS 16.2.
Update - just have grey screen
App updated approx 15/01. Until then, it opened and worked.
Now, it opens, but have a white / grey screen.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Still doesn’t work.

Why replace a great app with this awful thing?
I tried to book a site using the CAMC app, was told to download this pile of rubbish instead! Every time I want to do something it just sends me onto the actual website, what’s the point in the app if I’m just using the website?? Waste of storage space!

This App just doesn’t work. Tried to find sites in Perth/Dundee , none come up. I have found at least 3 via CAMC app.

Can’t find a site, doesn’t pull up site details etc , please don’t think I don’t know how to use these types of Apps…. Use the main CAMC site much better
Great facility for CL bookings
Found a CL Site for our dates, sent enquiry and had confirmation very quickly. Booked whilst on the road! (Needed to search by county as nearest town didn’t return any results). Looking forward to seeing more CLs joining and live booking enabled. Great start for a much needed facility.

I don’t know why people give this 5 stars. Every area I search for nothing shows up. I typed in kings lynn as a town and nothing, pretty ridiculous.
Excellent tool for booking CLs
Really needed app. Always difficult to find CL availability especially this year so really great full for all the hard work all of you have put in to get this going. Well done x
