Brit Stops is a super idea. If you have a camper van and want to try different stops for free or very little then ideal. You never really know what you’re going to get but other people’s reviews help.
Think the only trouble is there are some super pubs, stay in the car park and have a great meal plus a couple of drinks and you have spent more than a camp site! But then you would need food on top of camp site fees anyway!

No way to cancel auto renew
Beware with these, they put auto renew on every membership. I’ve tried to just take off auto renew but seems that’s not possible, you have to just cancel membership which I’ve still 6 months left. Why should I lose access for 6 months for wanting to cancel it when what I’ve paid for runs out? Seems like a scam to me; no need to make it difficult.

We are new to the site and find it a brilliant thing. I found I’d easy to use. Great for breaking up the long journeys down to the south coast to visit family.
Could be so good
In Wales in spring 2026, and found few suitable options. Some closed, some small vans only, and some just sounded poor. Needs more content / sites to be of value (especially for £44 a year). Will not renewing.
Scam
Despite what they say it’s not possible to cancel your membership after the first year. I have contacted them via email also but they keep trying to take the new subscription. I’ve had to contact my bank to stop them. I’m not alone in this. Look at the reviews!!!
