I cannot even get the app to allow me to make an account to use the device I bought. Trying to contact technical support through the app is a nightmare too. I tried several methods to get the app to work or contact support and nothing is working. Will update if my issue is resolved and I get to use the product.

I had the CL6 version of this product and it worked flawlessly all of the time!!! the CL7 version is constantly crashing & going off-line and it took forever to get the Apple Watch module. Please fix the bugs so that the CL7 version works like the previous one CL6!!!
On/Off start button is not showing.
Instead of showing the on off button it shows a position button!
Great Remote & Tech help
I purchased my unit from 12 V solutions install was super easy and I’ve never had an issue in the 11 months since I installed it on my Toyota Tacoma.
Purchasing it from 12 Volt solutions is nice cause it is all plug-in. Play with no splashing whatsoever.

Update made vehicle inactive
After updating recently, the app no longer communicates with my vehicle. I have the premium subscription, cannot start vehicle or view anything.
The perfect app for remote start
With the new update they added the app for the Apple Watch it’s almost completed, now the only thing missing is the Siri control. But it’s really good and a complete app.
Great customer service and Great app
I installed this unit on my 2009 Lexus LS460, and it worked great every time I needed it. I really enjoy using the app! Occasionally, there’s a small glitch, but whenever I contacted customer service through the app, they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. Great app and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!

Looks like the app don’t receive signal from module it’s being like this for couple of weeks now.
Awful App. Do not purchase any remote starter device using this app
This company is a joke. For the past month their system hasn’t been working and I keep having to call them to reboot the system on their end for the thing to work. It’s been a month now and they still have no solution. Wish I hadn’t just renewed my subscription.
Unreliable and Missing Features
After having recurring issues with the CL6, I was upgraded to the CL7.
For the last year, I have had reliability issues where the cellular module totally disconnect from the network. The only option is to get to the module to disconnect it and reconnect it, mind you, this is in a hard to reach location in the trunk. There was no way to remotely restart the module. The app continuously disconnects from the module and the servers as well. Technical support is as helpful as they can be, but ultimately they’re usually isn’t much they can do as they end up having to reach out to the cellular providers for deeper investigation, troubleshooting, and assistance.
Additionally, there is no Apple Watch app for this as originally marketed, and as all the original depictions and pictures show. There is also other missing functionality as other users have listed out clearly.
So far, I’m not too happy with the app or with the cellular connectivity because it is all too unreliable and frustrating to work with.

App worked ok for 4 months now doesn’t work at all.
The app worked great for 4 months then 3 days ago the app just stopped working. No work done to my car and have never had electrical issues. No low battery either. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I installed the remote start myself and it was easy to follow the instructions. Like I said the remote start with the CL7 iPhone app worked great until 3 days ago. Oh and no phone issues recently either. PLEASE HELP!!

Terrible
For me it is constantly using Face ID. And I do mean constantly every 19 seconds b it on top of that it doesn’t have the Apple Watch support that it promised. It’s glitchy and unfortunately,a waste.
Great app but it’s missing features
I know the majority of reviews say the same things but having the option of turning the vehicle from the watch would be a game changer. I really enjoy the app and the ease of use and customization.
