Photo submission hasn’t been working for about a week now. We even updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled. Frustrating.
Can’t add a new claim now
Not sure what update it was some months ago but you can’t add or submit claims as easily or maybe not at all now.

Literally the worst provider out there
If I wasn’t doing this through my college, I wouldn’t touch this provider with a 10 foot pole. Nothing on their site works and they deny every claim. I need to verify every single prescription I get 110 different ways before they accept them, regardless of if I’ve been on it for years.
There’s nothing I want more than to pull my hair out and jump off the 18th story of a building whenever I have to deal with this group, but while my career is on pause and I’m furthering my education this is what I have available to me.
I’ve never considered k-lling myself more than when I have to deal with ClaimSecure.
