Tried to contact support, no response. As well, voice options vary from Kurt and rude to overly chill with almost a demand for a quicker action by the customer. Cancelled in the first month.

She decided by herself to schedule a customer picking up a computer without notifying me. No support line customers hated communicating with here half of them didn’t leave a massage

I have literally canceled my account shut off any call forwarding that I could and I still am not able to receive phone calls after downloading this app. No one can figure it out but the only common denominator is this application. I’ve tried everything. I paused Clara for an entire year so that she couldn’t answer phone calls I canceled my subscription through the app and through Apple and now I receive no phone calls at all

My Business has picked up and usually I miss a few calls. Clara makes it really easy. I can now respond with a call back and I have all the information to better serve my customers. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME you can’t go wrong with Clara.
Long distance charges to my phone bill
I received a large phone bill with huge long distance fees even though every call I received is within Canada. I won’t be using this app again even in the future
