Long distance charges to my phone bill

I received a large phone bill with huge long distance fees even though every call I received is within Canada. I won’t be using this app again even in the future

Clara doesn't charge for outbound calls, they're unlimited on our Starter plan, so those long-distance fees most likely came from another provider rather than Clara. No Response No Suport

Iphone would not call forward so I caint use app. I wrote support a week ago no response. If charged before they respond my gank says they can work thru fraud dept to get this done. We will see if they respond.

Two things there there’s nowhere on the app where you could cancel and go for your subscription They don’t explain the cost service very good that no one you can talk to live men’s. My account is not active incomplete.

Do not download this app if you’re looking for a roleplay joke app

if you connect your actual phone number to the app, it will take over your actual voicemail on your phone and people will hear it when they call. yeah, it’s good for people who are in an actual business yes, but if you are looking for an app to joke around on do not download this because the robot clara will become an opp and take over your whole phone period.

I can’t get rid of the AI assistance

I can’t even get my own voice message box going it keeps coming up. I have uninstalled this app. I have unsubscribed and it’s still taking people over to this stupid app.

Just signed up for Clara as i receive so many spam calls that it is impossible to answer my phone directly. Right now my entire business is by texting. This will be a game changer for my business for sure to be able to screen my calls and find my customers! Thank you Clara!

Doesn’t give you an option to pick up the phone call I’m losing clients
People actually like talking to a human I thought this would help my business, but unfortunately, it doesn’t have the right options and this is not for a construction business

Not straight forward

Do I get a support to configure through my phone but actual contact number stays in other device? Is it possible to do that. Or we have to configure only in the device we have phone number registered?
