Unacceptable

I have literally canceled my account shut off any call forwarding that I could and I still am not able to receive phone calls after downloading this app. No one can figure it out but the only common denominator is this application. I’ve tried everything. I paused Clara for an entire year so that she couldn’t answer phone calls I canceled my subscription through the app and through Apple and now I receive no phone calls at all

We're sorry, and this is fixable. Cancelling the subscription and deleting the app doesn't switch off call forwarding, that setting lives with your carrier, so calls keep routing away from your phone until you turn it off. You can do it from your keypad in under a minute: heyitsclara.com/us/support/disabling-call-forwarding/. If calls still aren't coming through after that, email support@heyitsclara.com and we'll get on it with you straight away.

Just what I needs

My Business has picked up and usually I miss a few calls. Clara makes it really easy. I can now respond with a call back and I have all the information to better serve my customers. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME you can’t go wrong with Clara.

Long distance charges to my phone bill

I received a large phone bill with huge long distance fees even though every call I received is within Canada. I won’t be using this app again even in the future

Didn’t work and is too expensive. The features in the pro plan are included with competitors for less than the regular plan here.

No Response No Suport

Iphone would not call forward so I caint use app. I wrote support a week ago no response. If charged before they respond my gank says they can work thru fraud dept to get this done. We will see if they respond.

Two things there there’s nowhere on the app where you could cancel and go for your subscription They don’t explain the cost service very good that no one you can talk to live men’s. My account is not active incomplete.

Do not download this app if you’re looking for a roleplay joke app

if you connect your actual phone number to the app, it will take over your actual voicemail on your phone and people will hear it when they call. yeah, it’s good for people who are in an actual business yes, but if you are looking for an app to joke around on do not download this because the robot clara will become an opp and take over your whole phone period.
