Fix Your Login
Downloaded the app, entered my corporate email address to login, then encountered a 404 error. Junk!
No iPad support
Sadly no iPad support, so on a 13” iPad looking at a tiny iPhone version is a lost opportunity.
Trouble with MS Auth
Doesn’t work well with Microsoft Authentication when doing MFA. It will Authenticate with the MSFT Auth app but when you go back to the Clari app it never logs in. It just becomes an endless cycle of trying to log in like it’s phishing for credentials and certificates.
Logs you out
It’s so close to being great, but it logs you out too often and the login process doesn’t work with the Apple Passwords app, so there’s a lot of manual and go to Passwords to copy and back to Clari to paste. It’s ridiculous and a waste of time. Half the time it just feels too hard and I give up until I’m back at my desktop.

Tells you that you can’t log in and have to use Edge but doesn’t give URL
Not good for iPad
The devs really need to spend some time updating this app. It’s essentially useless.

There’s so many features to love about Clari it really delivers on its promises but this app is a nightmare
I’ve had too calls from my line manager asking why Clari isn’t updated - it’s the app. It doesn’t save updates. When I make updates in the desktop app I have zero issues- every time I make them in the app it’s like hot potato with a hand grenade.

Very good at crashing
Wanna update your forecast on the go? Well, too bad because this app will let you down every time.

Difficult to use and update
Excellent app but crashing
Per title, love the app but latest version keeps crashing. Iphone updated, tried deleting and reinstalling but issue persisting
UI is challenging to navigate
Nice to see deals…but I’d like to be able to select, copy, and paste items from the app like the name of the deal.
Unusable
Cannot effectively use filters and results in the mobile app are different than the web UI. Unacceptable.
Takes forever to open opportunity details.
Just spins and spins and never opens. Tried reinstalling and that didn’t help.
I don’t like it
No ability to mark which deals to include in forecast or offer manager forecasted price. Have to do all math outside of the app. Can’t copy numbers to paste in notepad. Really missing a lot of basic functionality that would make this helpful.
Horrific mobile experience
I can’t even click on the calendar integration from the mobile app.
Easy of Use
Clari’s app makes updating opportunities super easy. The sorting feature makes it simple to assess risk, and prioritize where to spend my time. Simple UX makes all the difference!
Best app for updating deals in record time!
The Clari app has made my life as a sales rep so much easier and more productive! It’s intuitive, simple to use/navigate and updating deals is so easy to do on-the-go. I never miss my weekly forecast submission and the visibility into my deal activity and CRM score make that submission much more accurate as well. No longer are the days of being glued to a laptop or searching for a WiFi signal to log into CRM to update deals/forecast... #freedom!

Most user friendly UI for sales leaders
This app has changed my way of working completely. I’ve used Salesforce before to update deals and get a view of my business. It was ok but this is a game-changer. Amazing.
