Double billed via Massprofit.pro
Clario bills via Apple.com while simultaneously billing you through Massprofit.pro, an affiliate. Check your credit card or other account from which you pay for Clario. They bill typically every six months. Check your statements carefully. It will appear first under Apple.com billing as Clario, then typically on the same date you will see an exact charge by Massprofit. Clario seems to have been aware of this issue since at least 2024, based on earlier complaints. Yet, they have apparently continued their agreement with Massprofit. Although Clario shows its face on your Apple.com billing, Massprofit does not. If you find your credit card or other bill-pay arrangements show the double charge, compile your evidence and contact the Federal Trade Commission.

This company has charged me for more than I subscribed to, and despite repeated requests continues months later to do so. Have reported their fraud to the bank. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
They contacted me via Apple after this review, apologised and told me to contact the very same email that ignored my many messages. Didn’t refund any money mind you. And then today charged my card another $57. On the warpath now

The 7 day trial is fictional. They will charge you immediately, not reply to your emails querying and then continue charging. Do not risk it!

Asking for a refund. Only provides a list for you to manually check various settings to secure your device. The scans provide no details. It said my email was breached years before I created that email with that provider.

Do not waste your money
Terrible company that refuses to stop billing. The service is so so, but I had to go to my bank to stop getting billed. They claim your subscription is cancelled but bill every month and won’t stop. Scam company 100%
