Regarding the charges: As developers, we do not have direct access to your credit card or the ability to charge your account manually. All subscriptions and payments are processed and managed securely by the App Store. If you are seeing recurring charges, it indicates an active subscription within your store account, which you can cancel at any time in your phone’s settings. We are concerned to hear that you haven't received a response from us, as we strive to assist every user. Please email us directly at support@righttracksit.com with your purchase receipt or transaction ID. We will do our absolute best to guide you through the refund process with the Store and investigate what happened with your previous messages. We are committed to resolving this for you.

Please note that all subscriptions and payments for our app are managed directly through the Apple App Store, and developers do not have the ability to process refunds themselves. If you also wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: 1. Open Settings on your iPhone. 2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top). 3. Select Subscriptions. 4.
