Regarding the charges: As developers, we do not have direct access to your credit card or the ability to charge your account manually. All subscriptions and payments are processed and managed securely by the App Store. If you are seeing recurring charges, it indicates an active subscription within your store account, which you can cancel at any time in your phone’s settings. We are concerned to hear that you haven't received a response from us, as we strive to assist every user. Please email us directly at support@righttracksit.com with your purchase receipt or transaction ID.
