They is a problem with the season pass
Every time I finish the season pass it disappears and I don’t get any of my winnings , until a new season starts.I have to reinstall every time, I bought the season pass once and I won’t spend money again because of this error,Still glitches also.

This game is trying to change its branding to “big helmets” or something along those lines to avoid bad reviews and a stagnant game! They aren’t changing anything besides the name and the graphics! Go find them on android and give them bad reviews so their “new game” tanks too!! Really bad game, really bad customer service, really bad development, really bad developers! Go give “big helmets” a 1 star on android!!

Run very very fast! READ ME!!!
I really didn’t want to believe it,but this game is rigged. I have legitimately taken screenshots of me fighting the same boss I killed the first time already. My best time for completing the normal rat king dungeon. (13 mins). I have been trying to farm the same boss since I figured out a strategy to beat the thing in the first place. Forget the fact that I’m 800 gear score and recommend is 550. I didn’t want to write this at first,but here it goes. I just beat the same boss on the same difficulty. It was the worst experience of my life. It took me hundreds of tries over the course of a week after the first win. You will never guess how long I fought this boss. IT WAS (2hrs 20mins) WTH!!!
I understand making money,and getting people to continue to play the app. I guarantee if you guys were to actually balance this game it would stand the sands of time. Instead you have taken a pretty good idea, and crapped all over it. There isn’t any balance anywhere. From the gear and the grinding. To the enemies and the percentages. Oh yeah unless you are willing to pay hundreds upon thousands of dollars you may as well not install the game. The last thing I have to say,and I have to. If the developers are going to completely dismiss these problems. You should be ashamed. Don’t respond with some lame answer. Just help or lose the few players you have,because word spreads like wildfire.

When I first started this game in November 2024 they had what seemed like an event every week or so… now it’s been a month and I’ve seen nothing when it comes to events… some people have “cleanse” while others now have to buy it instead of earning it…. Stupid money grab that gives incredible advantages to pay players but massively screws ftp players… trust me when I say you don’t want to play this game! Oh and let me also mention that customer service is completely non existent, you have to send and email, to which they send back the most generic reply that is 100% scripted, ALL I ASKED WAS A SIMPLE QUESTION AND THEY COULDNT ANSWER IT! A question sadly I already knew the answer too… and they still couldn’t answer it… I just wanted to know if the outcome was already predetermined(which I already know it is, that’s why dodge is there)

I don’t mind watching a 30 sec add now and then but changing them up to a full 60 seconds is too much gtfo.
Great game
Unreal game really grindy, can’t wait for more co-op and more add-ons to make the game more grindy. No Bugs, No Adds. Tad repetitive and hard to get XP, due to prestige features it could be better balanced. Solid 5 - keep developing and improving.

Needs more solo levels
Great game got to level 600 combined between good and evil but im bored now between solo level 6 and 7 is such a difficulty gap it will take a month of grinding to just beat 7 or tons of money. I spent some money. This game needs more solo levels and less of a difficulty gap between them. It also gets so hard and grindy to level up heroes even vip subscription and some other purchases past level 50. Pvp also is ok but sometimes you meet people you cant beat and way better and gets old. Boss battles too get old or you get stuck on difficult levels same with duegons. All depends on luck who you get paired with as teammate.

Be prepared to spend
Time or money, which one do you want to spend? When I say time, I have played this game for 6 months now and I am no where near a good piece of gear still… you wear 8 pieces of gear… and I still have 3 upgrades to get to the max… probably another year if I want to deal with dodge… probably the worst stat in this game! If the enemy has dodge, double it! If you have dodge, cut it in half, honestly! It literally makes me want to delete this game every day… if the enemy has 40 dodge they will dodge 6/8 attacks… if you have 80 dodge you will dodge 2/5 attacks… absolutely horrible!

Poor PVP Balence
Skill and enchant not balenced. Not friendly to new players and most players. Top player’s build and enchants not limited, and constantly get PvP points by massive killing without limits which make this game no fun and want you pay more green gem. It about paying more than playing.
Experience Points Gained
Need to improve the exp points gained because it becomes very slow when a character becomes level 20 and above. Also, the Berserker character is a dual wielding and hits twice. Whereas the Assassin character only hits once but is a dual wielding?!?!

Здравствуйте , обнаружил БАГ с артефактом лук , написано 100% контратака при попадании , как я это понимаю - меня бьют кто угодно монстр , игрок , босс и если он по мне попал мой персонаж отвечает ответным ударом . Не работает! Мой персонаж не наносит никому ответку играю за мага темного , или объясните как предмет работает или пофиксите пожалуйста
