Unjust ban
I got a ban for clicking replay too fast. People use auto clickers and dont get banned but i used my fingers to click and i end up with a ban. I wasted alot of my time and resources on the current fusion but now they r wasted because the support hasnt responded to my help requests.
This issue is know by the company that players get banned unjustly but they refuse to admit their fault and compensate for the lost resources.

Never Get Help With issues
The customer service for this game is absolutely pathetic. I had several issues where I needed help and they just completely refused to help in any way.
Most recently, I sent a referral link to someone and it’s not working. They just simply said they can’t help and can’t connect the accounts. That’s it - completely refused to help in any way.

SOMEONE AT RAID MISMANAGEMENT HAS CONSECUTIVELY GONE INTO MY PERSONAL GAME ACCOUNT HAS STOLEN AND REPLACED MY AVATARS AND RESET MY ACCOUNT TO NEW START A.NEW STATUS FOR THE FITH TIME NOW.
All of it is a ploy, a tactic used to get at your personal information.
I have reported it now TO THEM WITHOUT FAIL, FOR A REPLY OR GOOD EXPLANATION. THEY HAVE SAID AND DONE NOTHING TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM? NOR SITUATION THEY ALLOW THEIR HACKING TO CONTINUE.
Each and every time it has occurred I was very close to top tier development of my avatar’s . ALL FIVE TIMES.
It’s a sham and a shame that dirty game tactics are used by unscrupulous employers employees to regulate because of?? For whatever reasons.? To frustrate gamers experience.!
