Way to long, pull rates are abysmal, cash grab and pop up sells every other screen…. And did I mention the pull rates…..like worst of any game out there. Great game, way too much time to invest. Feels like a job and not a game.

Please Stop Lying. My clan & everyone I know didn’t get legendary Harvest Jack even after paying cash & reaching 100% progressive result. We won’t post video proof cause we like this game, but not the Lies..!!!
Get chat banned for posting promo codes. Chat bans for just talking in chat too much. Game still bad
Our clan only gets to face very high level clans. We have no chance. Cancelled subscription. You get no Plarium points. You have to buy everything you need. If you need something the game blocks you from getting it. Still have to play with useless champions after years of playing. Only drew one Legendary which is completely useless. If not for buying or logins I would have no Legendary Champions. Cannot do hardly anything in game. Took five thousand energy to get 5 superior potions needed for mission. Insane. No wonder we can’t keep players. After 6 months they all quit. Game needs overhaul. Don’t mind paying a little but thousands to get what you need is insane. Keep getting same lousy champions over and over. About ready to quit myself.

This game is great to fill the time but it is so frustrating at times.
1: ads talking about download or use promo code but it is only valid for new players (3 days) nothing really if you have played longer than that
2: summon chances are pretty bad even if there are special events for increased chances. I just used about 200 shards and I didn’t get anything worth celebrating for.
3: special events encourage you to buy event items with real money. There was an assassins creed and tmnt collab event and although you got a free legendary champion, if you want the others you have to use money and even then there’s no guarantee. And since it’s a collab, when the event ends, you may never see them again.
4: pop up windows for the shop. Almost everytime you go to your base a window comes up for the shop. It’s worst during events, I literally had 10 windows pop up one after the other. I would rather have one window with a slider

It worked all the way until I was supposed to cash out on certain tasks then those tasks weren’t being credited anymore even after contacting support and showing proof via screenshots that I had completed the tasks
Horrible customer service
I got banned for replaying the event dungeon too fast. How does that make sense? I’m being punished for being quick in a game that consumes a lot of time and is based around time and resource management. I missed the lion fusion because of this and support refuses to refund me my resources.
Beware of data usage
It’s a fun, well designed game. I was surprised that it burned through over 4 gig of data in about an hour of play. Most of my monthly data allotment was gone the first time I played it. Installed the game (but didn’t play it) using home WiFi. It must install a bunch more stuff when you first open the app. That’s only my guess.

Unjust ban
I got a ban for clicking replay too fast. People use auto clickers and dont get banned but i used my fingers to click and i end up with a ban. I wasted alot of my time and resources on the current fusion but now they r wasted because the support hasnt responded to my help requests.
This issue is know by the company that players get banned unjustly but they refuse to admit their fault and compensate for the lost resources.

Never Get Help With issues
The customer service for this game is absolutely pathetic. I had several issues where I needed help and they just completely refused to help in any way.
Most recently, I sent a referral link to someone and it’s not working. They just simply said they can’t help and can’t connect the accounts. That’s it - completely refused to help in any way.
