Problems.
Numerous problems with this game and no reply to emails. It has the potential to be quite fun but it needs to be fixed.
Bug that can’t be smashed
First, I find this game to be very fun and challenging. I am currently on a level that is extremely difficult but not impossible. I need to keep improving my heroes and troops, and eventually I can defeat the level.
The issue is that there is a bug in the game right now that is totally halting my progress. When I tap on the “house” one the main screen to look at my buildings, the game will not move to that screen and then will not allow me to tap on anything else. I cannot upgrade. My buildings are collect resources at all because of this.
I have tried going to the app support and even to the developers website, but I don’t see anywhere on the website about this particular game where I can try to communicate with somebody about the issue. I’ve also reported the bug and haven’t got any response as of today.
