Extremely Disappointed!
I’ve been trying to deposit a check via mobile deposit for 5 days. I get a message that it is down for routine scheduled maintenance EVERY day. I understand one day into the next, but 5 days is ridiculous! I have already endorsed it for mobile banking so I’m stuck. Looks like I need to rethink my main banking choice.

Lock card option
Class act should give the option to be able to lock your card like most banks.
Considering Leaving
Today I made deposits (in person) of my 2 pension checks. As usual they are holding them for 1 and 3 days respectively. They consistently hold checks even they are from the treasury through the state of Kentucky. A phone call could resolve this. This is poor service. I am considering doing my banking somewhere else.

By far the best credit union to use and the easiest app to navigate. I have been with Class Act since 2018 and have never regretted it. They are always so professional and have helped me with all my financial needs.

Linking and send money to other accounts. It’s not is intuitive. down right does not work.

Class Act cares about teachers. We receive good rates on auto loans and home loans. We can receive financial counseling. Also, I appreciate that you refund three ATM fees per month.
