App constantly broken
This app hasn’t worked in months. It won’t update my balance or transaction history for weeks to months at a time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. As a night shift worker who is often in bed during regular banking hours, it makes it extremely inconvenient managing my finances. This is not a critique of the credit union itself, but the app needs serious IT support

Transcend downtown
Great Bank & great customer service. Love the manager & employees at the downtown location. Shauna, Jonathon, & Felecia are all fantastic! Always going above & beyond for all their customers.
Electronic Deposit
Called and a helpful agent was able to increase my daily deposit amount to save me a trip to the bank!
Transcend sucks
They take forever to do a transfer. Their app is wonky as hell. They do not play nicely with other banks. Nothing works smoothly when trying to make a payment. My advice to anyone who gets stuck having to use this company is get a loan from your personal bank and pay off the loan with transcend and never look back after deleting the app and leaving the credit union. The place is unusable.

I've been banking here for four years and I've never had anything less than exceptional customer service! I've lived in another state for seven years, and I still bank with Transcend credit union!
