Called and a helpful agent was able to increase my daily deposit amount to save me a trip to the bank!
Transcend sucks
They take forever to do a transfer. Their app is wonky as hell. They do not play nicely with other banks. Nothing works smoothly when trying to make a payment. My advice to anyone who gets stuck having to use this company is get a loan from your personal bank and pay off the loan with transcend and never look back after deleting the app and leaving the credit union. The place is unusable.

I've been banking here for four years and I've never had anything less than exceptional customer service! I've lived in another state for seven years, and I still bank with Transcend credit union!

Complaints
I don’t like the Home Screen defaults to PIN Code to access account. If someone gets access to my phone and strikes upon my PIN code (only 4 digits not the most secure. Other accounts offer a choice on their Home Page to login with USER ID and Password or a Pin Code. I feel that is more secure
Also, on Bill Pay, I may not want to pay a bill on the day I happen to log in to my account. If I have a bill I know is coming due, and I’m logged in 2 weeks prior to its due date, I’d like a calendar option to select the future date I want the payment to be made.

Best bank ever
Transcend new app is much more difficult to use
It takes several clicks to get the basic info I need. The previous format was MUCH more user friendly. Very unhappy with this version, and I have to hunt for info that should be on my dashboard or one click away.
Text is small
This app includes small and faint colors that are difficult to see.
Still has bugs
Locked my card now it won’t let me unlock it
Didn’t like at first, but that’s due to Change! You know how that goes!
At first i was kicking against the upgrade, even though the previous app was very archaic. After using for a while. I love it…and i love how i can FINALLY use the Face ID function. I was unable to take advantage of the feature on the previous app, I also like how you add the numbers to the transfer/deposit and you don’t have to manually enter the decimal point. It’s the little things that make such a big difference! Thank you for catching up with the times Transcend! I’ve been a loyal member since 2005!

I prefer the older app. Hopefully I will transition to the new format and be used to soon.
