Perfect compliment to already great products

I’ve been a member of Transcend for many years. They have the best customer service and awesome products, but their online app is just as great. It has everything you need to keep up to date with accounts. You can pay bills and even apply for a loan all from your phone. So easy to use.

Simple features do not work

Bill pay stopped working about 3 months ago and is still out to this day. Bill pay is the most useful pet of the app and now it doesn’t work.

If you only want to see your balance, this is the perfect app.

If you’d like to have any type of banking features - RUN!

I can’t make car payments. I can see my balance and that’s about it. Even their system is picky with what web browser you use. I don’t recommend the app or the company.
