This app does not work!!!
I’ve been using this app since it was launched however recently I have not been able to get past the first page of editing…. It just says loading preview failed and will not let me continue! Shame!!! 😢

It keeps saying preview loading failed whenever I tried to use it! Not worked once for me such a shame as a lot of great content!

Really disappointed as only just certified as an instructor and wanted to create some material to advertise my first class and straight away the app doesn’t work! It keeps freezing, won’t let me create anything!!

❗❗❗I want to cancel my membership it and I can't!! Do not fall for this scam!!!!🤬🤬🤬 n order for you to keep your status as an instructor you have to pay about $45 a month. Then when you want to cancel that membership you are only allowed to cancel via phone call. Not allowed to cancel by letter, email or voicemail. What they don't tell you is that they do not answer the phone. You will sit on the phone for over 3 hours and not speak to a single human. All you will hear are prerecorded voices and the same song on a one minute loop. I have reached out via email, phone call, facebook and instagram and no response. I have even left a voicemail that they claim they will get back to you. Worst customer service experience in my life

Transparent Background for Text Please
When I go to edit a text or form an original text, I’m forced to have a background. I searched for the option to remove the background, but the option is no longer there. Please help!

This app would be fab, if it only worked when I need it to! It’s only worked twice since I downloaded it 2 months ago. I’ve requested help with this issue but have not had a response.

Please add the ability to import other logos to layer on top of video or add the StrongNation logo for those ZIN members who are licensed in that format also. This would be a powerful tool for sync members to have access to so they can also promote their classes with

Doesn’t work for me
Great when it worked, but hasn’t worked for me for months despite updates and reinstalling attempts ☹️can’t pre view anything or create!

Not loading preview
This app has usually worked well until 2 days ago since the new update. Not working at all neither on iPhone SE neither on Motorola G10.

I try to create posts with Zumba backgrounds or colours but it doesn't work. It only works with my own photos.... Not good!

What happened?
In the past, I would give 5 stars. However, I can no longer add my own pics to the background. I continually get error messages. Can only use Zumba’s pics now. Please fix!!!
Great App for quick design
Everything is great in this app just i think there should be an option to edit the previously designed memes or post so that people don’t need to write the text or change image again and again just making couple of changes make the post ready to post on social media. If this change update then this would be perfect app!

App not working on iPhone
Just thought you should know the app isn’t working on my iPhone. Kicks me back to home screen. Not sure why but see there’s been no update in 6 months.
