Thank you for video that's not all flash, but that actually is instructive for the instructors. Literally we can use it and learn from it. It's not just for the on-demand crew. I live Body Pump. I have 60 people in my class moving as one. We depend on the video to see and feel timing and technique!

So NOT for studio teaching ? wish I’d known before I started to rely on it because when it works it’s just the best app but every so often it fails and then it’s 🩲
It’s ok, could be brilliant though
Littered with so many mistakes which never get fixed. Wish we had the ability to annotate the notes in our downloaded files to help with learning (and fix the mistakes we find!). Come on Les Mills, get some proper reviewers please!
