Thank you for video that's not all flash, but that actually is instructive for the instructors. Literally we can use it and learn from it. It's not just for the on-demand crew. I live Body Pump. I have 60 people in my class moving as one. We depend on the video to see and feel timing and technique!

It’s ok, could be brilliant though
Littered with so many mistakes which never get fixed. Wish we had the ability to annotate the notes in our downloaded files to help with learning (and fix the mistakes we find!). Come on Les Mills, get some proper reviewers please!
Everything I Need in one place
Love this app. So easy to use and access. Navigation is user friendly and the fact that I can build my own playlists is awesome . I would love to be able to search which releases have certain moves (e.g. street brawl). I would love to be able to duplicate a playlist that way if I want to change a couple of things, I don’t have to build from scratch

Glitchy
There are so many issues, from voices being on when I have them set to “off”, to it freezing up when I have to leave and come back during a playback. I also wish it would allow screen-in-screen playing. Like most of us, I live and breathe releases in the weeks leading up to launch, and this app is not user-friendly. At all.
Thank goodness early in my teaching career I was introduced to alternate song streaming/playlist services so I don’t rely on this glitchy app when I go to teach classes! Nightmare fuel.

Downloaded videos freezing
Frustrating to not be able to rewatch releases. Constant freezing and not able to proceed past a certain point. No advice on how to reload etc.

Love the app, super helpful for instructor learning. A great possible addition to future iterations of the app would be the functionality to add notes or comments to the choreography notes. Is that something that is possible for future updates?

Still not able to have Picture in Picture.
This app is still so extremely archaic It’s ridiculous. Not keeping up with technology is empowering this app and company to be overtaken by other more technologically advanced workout systems and apps. On top of all that they continue to embrace the woke culture and Ostracize many who do not buy into that ideology. Stick with the main thing and don’t get drawn into things that are outside of your expertise.

Needs improvement
Seeking through the tracks forwards or backwards often glitches the video regardless of the speed of internet. Would also line to be able to keep the video playing when minimizing the app.
Waste of money
The app keeps crashing and the customer service, specifically Mellisa, was zero help. App has crashed numerous times on smart tv and phone app. $140 dollars wasted.

I am trying to certify for body combat and I would like to know how could I get some of the old old releases. I would love to bring some of those track back someday .
